COVID-19 FAQs
At Collins & Truett we know that the Coronavirus pandemic has presented huge challenges. We have adapted to meet these obstacles so we can continue to deliver the high-quality legal services that our clients have come to expect over the past 40 years.
Here are answers to frequently asked questions:
Is Your Office Open?
Yes. Collins & Truett is committed to helping our clients and those people who have been injured as the result of other’s negligence, especially while driving a car or truck. And in this crisis, we have increased several employees' hours. We continue to fight to get our clients the compensation they deserve.
However, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are working remotely and are not meeting clients unless necessary. We are communicating by telephone, e-mail, texting, and video.
Are You Accepting New Clients?
Yes. For a free no-obligation consultation, please call us toll-free at 1-833-4YOULAW. Or you can email us at Bruce@CollinsTruett.com.
What If I Have a Court Appearance?
We are pushing our cases forward. However, the Florida Supreme Court has closed Florida courthouses and is re-opening in phases, except to conduct emergency hearings that cannot be resolved by other means. Routine pre-trial hearings are being conducted remotely.
We have contacted all our clients. Please continue to work with your case manager. He or she will provide more information as the situation changes.
