Is Your Office Open?

Yes. Collins & Truett is committed to helping our clients and those people who have been injured as the result of other’s negligence, especially while driving a car or truck. What If I Have a Court Appearance?

We are pushing our cases forward. However, the Florida Supreme Court has closed Florida courthouses and is re-opening in phases, except to conduct emergency hearings that cannot be resolved by other means. Routine pre-trial hearings are being conducted remotely.
